Your IT was built before AI.
We make the two work together.

ITAI is an engineering consultancy for medium and large businesses that want AI doing real work — on the servers, phone systems, calendars, and applications they already run.

Most AI projects fail at the integration layer, not the model. We handle both sides: the AI and the IT underneath it.

services

One team for the model and the machine room

Every engagement pairs AI engineers with systems engineers. That's the whole point of the company.

itai/ai-integration

AI & agent integration

We connect language models and autonomous agents to your actual business systems — ERP, CRM, ticketing, email, calendars — with the permissions, logging, and guardrails production demands.

itai/voice

AI voice & answering systems

Custom-trained voice agents that answer your phones: route calls, take messages, look up account details, and book or reschedule appointments directly against your calendar.

itai/on-prem

Private & on-prem AI

Local model deployment for businesses that can't send data to third-party clouds — model selection, serving infrastructure, and tuning for law, healthcare, and finance workloads.

itai/legacy

Legacy hardware optimization

New models on the hardware you already own. We port, quantize, and optimize modern AI workloads onto older GPU generations and servers — often avoiding six-figure hardware refreshes.

itai/knowledge

Document & knowledge AI

Retrieval systems over your contracts, manuals, tickets, and archives, so staff ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in your own documents — with citations.

itai/systems

IT engineering & managed systems

The unglamorous work that makes AI stay up: networking, identity and access, monitoring, backups, and ongoing management of the systems your AI now depends on.

problem: hardware / model incompatibility

Running today's models on yesterday's servers

The firm's AI roadmap hit a wall: their production inference server runs NVIDIA V100 GPUs, and the new local Qwen models they'd standardized on wouldn't run on that generation of hardware. The alternatives were a full hardware overhaul or a frozen AI program.

ITAI ported the models to run on the Volta architecture — deep-level optimization against the constraints of the older silicon — and hardened the result for production stability and performance.

Outcome: cutting-edge local models in production on existing hardware. Major capital expenditure avoided; project timelines kept intact.
National fitness chain Health & fitness, multi-location
problem: front-desk call volume

An AI receptionist that actually books appointments

A large gym chain was losing members to unanswered phones. We trained a voice model on their offerings and procedures and deployed an AI answering service across their locations.

The agent answers every call, directs callers to the right department, takes messages — and because it's integrated with the company's appointment calendar, it books and reschedules sessions on its own, around the clock.

Outcome: every call answered, 24/7 scheduling without added front-desk staff.
Regional logistics operator Freight & dispatch
problem: manual email-to-system entry

Agents that keep the dispatch board current

Load requests, rate confirmations, and status updates arrived by email and were retyped by hand into the dispatch system. We deployed an agent pipeline that reads incoming mail, extracts the structured details, updates the system of record, and flags anything ambiguous for a human.

Outcome: hours of daily data entry eliminated; dispatchers review exceptions instead of typing everything.
Industrial manufacturer Precision manufacturing
problem: tribal maintenance knowledge

Thirty years of maintenance manuals, one question away

Decades of equipment manuals, service logs, and vendor documentation lived in filing cabinets and scattered PDFs. We digitized the archive and built an on-prem retrieval system, so floor technicians ask questions in plain language and get cited answers from the company's own documentation — nothing leaves the building.

Outcome: faster troubleshooting on the floor, and institutional knowledge that survives retirements.

Subject: A massive thank you from Goldman & Rosen Attorneys at Law — You saved the day!

Dear ITAI Team,

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional work your team did regarding our legacy V100 infrastructure.

As you know, we were in a difficult position. Our server hardware is aging, and the new, state-of-the-art models simply weren't compatible with our existing setup. We were facing a complete halt on our AI integration projects and were seriously considering a costly and time-consuming hardware overhaul, which we were not ready to tackle at this time.

That's when I reached out to ITAI.

What your team accomplished was nothing short of remarkable. Porting the Qwen local models to run on Volta architecture was no small feat. I understand this involved deep-level optimization and a profound understanding of both the software's new requirements and our old hardware's limitations. Not only did you make it work, but you ensured it was stable and performant enough for our production needs.

Because of your technical ingenuity and dedication, we've avoided a major capital expenditure, kept our project timelines on track, and are now able to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities without replacing our server. This level of problem-solving is exactly why we chose ITAI as our technology partner.

Please pass along my personal thanks to the engineers who worked on this. Their expertise and willingness to tackle a "non-standard" request saved us both time and money.

We look forward to continuing our partnership with ITAI. Thank you again for your outstanding support.

Best regards,

about

Why ITAI exists

There are plenty of AI companies, and plenty of IT consultants. The gap sits between them: AI vendors who've never racked a server, and IT shops that treat models as a black box. Real deployments fail in that gap.

ITAI was founded to close it. We're engineers first — comfortable in a machine room, on a SIP trunk, or inside a model's serving stack — and we take responsibility for the whole system, not just the demo.

We work with medium and large businesses across law, fitness, logistics, and manufacturing, on-site and remote.

IT+AI = ITAI

The name says what we do: information technology and artificial intelligence, engineered as one discipline.

It's also a common Israeli first name — a nod to our founder's roots, and to the way we work: personal, direct, and accountable by name.

Tell us what isn't working yet

Whether it's a model that won't run on your hardware, phones nobody can answer, or an AI initiative stuck at the pilot stage — start with a short call with an engineer, not a salesperson.
